The Republic of Senegal is a leading example for Africa, for being the country with the most transparency on its Air Quality. The Air Quality information is available publically and freely, once a day from the from air-dakar.org website.
Unfortunately, there are two problems which prevents us from displaying it on the map like other countries:
Data is provided only once a day, while it is available for every hour for other countries.
Detailled readings, for each pollutants and expressed in mg/m3 is not available. Instead, only 4 levels are provided (good, moderate, unhealyhy and very unhealthy) without much information about the dominent pollutants and thresholds.
Usage Notice: All the Air Quality data are unvalidated at the time of publication, and due to quality assurance these data may be amended, without notice, at any time.
